Important advisory & things to carry
- 1. Ski lessons are conducted by experienced, professional and medal-winner local ski instructors
- 2. Participants will receive a certificate for participation/successful completion of the basic level ski course
- 3. Activity is open for all age groups. Kids above 5 years of age can enroll
- 4. Clients may opt for snow-boarding instead of skiing on a particular day (at INR 1,500 per person additional cost) only if such request is made one day in advance
- 5. Indicative list of preferred equipment and winter clothing is given in Annexure
- 6. No refund of costs/any compensation if ski lessons are aborted or cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Instructors’ decision on this will be final and binding on clients
- 7. All clients (and parents on behalf of minors) have to complete and sign Auli Ski & Snowboard School’s mandatory Client Information and Waiver Form before starting the ski lessons

- 2. Accommodation in Haridwar/Deheraun/ Rishikesh. We can arrange this at extra cost
- 3. Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (participants are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
- 4. Any accommodation, travel or transport (or upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
- 5. Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- 6. Request for single occupancy will be charged extra (Triple sharing accommodation can be arranged, if you wish)
- 7. Rental for additional ski equipment (eg pair of ski and poles, ski suit, snow boots, gloves and snow goggles, snowboard. This equipment is available on hire)
- 8. Instructor fee for personalized instructor (Rs 2,000 per day, per instructor)
- 9. Tickets for Joshimath-Auli-Joshimath ropeway or charges for extra Auli ski lift or Auli chair car ride
- 10. Clients may opt for snow-boarding instead of skiing on a particular day (at Rs. 1,500 per person per day additional cost) only if such request is made one day in advance
- 11. Charges for evening sightseeing in Joshimath
- 12. Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
- 13. Any bills/expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, donations, helicopter ride charges, etc
- 14. Any drinks, gifts, tips for the instructors etc
- 15. Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion

- If cancelled before 15 days of start date – 85 % refund
- If cancelled within 15 days to 11 days of check-in – 50% Refund
- If cancelled within 10 days of check-in date – No Refund
- No refund of costs/any compensation if ski lessons are aborted or cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Instructor’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients
